Plain English version. By using loon you agree to these terms.
Who you are agreeing with
loon is made and sold by Ahmed Nadar, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is the party you pay and the party these terms bind. Where these terms say "we", it means him.
Your subscription
You pay monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time. We do not refund partial months, but if something is wrong, tell us. We are reasonable.
Your license
One person, the number of devices on your plan. Do not share your license key publicly. If a key is leaked we may rotate it.
What loon does and does not promise
loon will do its best to do what you ask. AI makes mistakes. Read what loon writes before you send it. Check what loon does before you delete things. We are not liable for what an AI suggests.
What you cannot do
- Resell loon or build a service on top of it without permission.
- Use loon to break the law or hurt anyone.
- Reverse engineer, except where the law allows.
If we cancel you
We can end your access if you break these terms. We will tell you why and refund unused time when fair.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute with Ahmed Nadar goes to the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto.
